Sharp to unveil Aquos S3 High Edition this Thursday

Sharp has sent out invites for an upgraded conversion of the Aquos S3, which will be unveiled on June 7 (this Thursday). Dubbed the Sharp Aquos S3 High Edition, it will upgrade afternoon chipset and memory, without leave the other specs untouched.

Specifically, a Snapdragon 660 chip will take pending from the 630 from the base version. Also, internal storage will exist doubled to 128 GB.

Also, it seems that Qi wireless charging will exist supported (the S3 came with only wired Quick Charge 3.0). Battery ability will be unchanged (3,200 mAh).

There’s no indication also that the Aquos S3 mini will get a High Edition as well.
